Here's how we help make the community/office safer: Every resident/employee gets a unique access card and/or four-digit entry code. If lost, they will receive a replacement within 24 hours. Every service company is assigned a unique entry code or given an access card. When the service is canceled, we remove them from the system within 24 hours. Service company's include gardeners, housekeepers, pool cleaners, construction, water delivery, newspapers, etc. We retain a database backup should the system be damaged and need to be quickly replaced. We maintain a historical record of access activity in case a problem was detected, such as continuous activity very late in the evening.  You can request a change or new card/code through this site (change request), email, phone or fax. Either way we respond fast.   Lowest Monthly Fees We offer a flat monthly fee to make it easier on the HOA and property management budgeting process, with no surprises. The fee is based on the size of the company/community.  If you already have the programming done by an access control company, compare our prices. We have not found anyone who beats the response time & the price. And if you have been doing it yourself, we free up your time for other stuff, like family.
