We work with property managers and Homeowners Associations (HOAS) to ensure their residents do not complain about the gate entry system, unwanted guests, and visitors who were unable to use the system to call them. We figure out the best way to deter crime through video surveillance and electronic access control to ensure only those people who pay their dues can use the facilities (pool, gym, etc), and those that moved out or late on payment can not.

Typical access control protection include the spa, gym, gate entrances, swimming pools, bathrooms and park gates. The spa control is essential in deterring people from jumping a fence and using the spa after hours. If they can't turn it on, why jump the fence to use it?
